Educational Projects.

Most of the teaching projects that I take on are short, from less than a day to about a month, all unique and tailored to the group that I'm working with. I've worked with preschoolers and terminal degree programs in the same week, and they\'re all cool by me.

Topics can include murals, graffiti, lettering, writing, youth cultures, and so on, and I'm always interested in trying new things. I am a Massachusetts Cultural Council Creative Teaching Partner and I have an Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and if that impresses you, great.

Some of the various projects that have come my way over the past couple of years are listed below, with photos where appropriate.

If you email me, I can send you a .pdf about my teaching work and fees, etc that you can send along to the boss. I do projects free of charge from time to time, but there has to be real need and excellent organization on the school or center's part. As always, feel free to contact me with any questions about anything.

The Ann Murphy Artisans Project

A mural at the Cambridge-Ellis School, and one of the most fun projects I've done. Lots of photos for this one!

Old Funky Shoe

Cambridge collab mural with five year olds. Kindergarteners love scaffolding. I don't let 'em near it though.

Cement Mixer-Turned Spaceship

This two-ton doozie crashed a full mile from any road in a former secret garden site in Vermont. Kids that find it, dig it!
